Massaman Curry, Green Curry Bass Wrapped in Banana Leaves, Jasmine Rice
You'll get to make two different curry preparations in this menu! Massaman Curry is a mild curry with Chicken and Potatoes which we'll slow cook in a dutch oven until the flavors are perfectly balanced. We'll also marinate our bass filet in banana leaves and steam them. The banana leaves protect the fish from over cooking and impart the most fragrant flavors. And of course some Jasmine Rice to soak up all that yummy curry sauce.
