Croquettes Jamon, Gazpacho, Blistered Shishitos, Classic Ceviche
These are my go to dishes whenever I visit a Tapas spot. Croquettes made with Spanish Ham,, they take multiple steps but they are completely worth it! Gazpacho, a cold tomato soup with rustic garlic croutons. Blistered Shishito Peppers are so simple but eat at your own risk because about one in every 15 peppers is spicy! And finally ceviche made with the freshest fish available at the market, avocado, tomatoes, cilantro and lime.
